Before Delivery/Installation of Connection

Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order anytime before the delivery or installation of the product by contacting our customer care team.
  • Upon cancellation, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, with a 6% transaction charge deducted from the refund amount.

After Delivery/Installation of Connection

Once the hardware has been delivered or installed, you enter into a direct agreement with the respective DTH service provider. At this stage, dthconnection.in is no longer a party to the transaction. As per standard practice across all DTH sales agents:

  • No returns or cancellations are allowed once the hardware is delivered or installed.
  • Customers are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions of the respective DTH service provider before proceeding with the installation.
